Facilitator
The Trainer and facilitator for all workshops, events and training courses offered is Olaf Schuhmann and will further be referred as ‘facilitator’.
Prices
Prices are exclusive of VAT. Participants documentation, drinks and snacks during the workshop or training courses are included.
Registration
The registration can be done via the website olafschuhamnn.de, alternatively by email to training[at]olafschuhamann.de.
You will receive a registration confirmation by email. Without this confirmation there is no right to participate. The invoice is at the same time a registration confirmation. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received, the possible number of participants may be limited. Participation requires that the invoice amount has been received in full and in advance on to the business account of the facilitator. The facilitator reserves the right to refuse your application in the event that the invoice amount has not been received in time and in full.
Participation fees
The participation fees are due to the beginning of the workshop or training course and must be transferred to the business account of the facilitator, stating the workshop or training course name and the invoice number, if not otherwise instructed.
Conduction
The facilitator reserves the right to revise the workshop or training course content and to change dates and locations. A claim to a specific location and does not exist.
Registered trademarks
There is no guarantee that the products, procedures and other names mentioned are free from third-party property rights.
Cancellation of participant
If you withdraw your registration no later than 30 calendar days before the beginning of the workshop or training course, you will be refunded 50% of the paid fee. If you cancel your registration less than 30 days before the beginning of the workshop or training course or if you do not attend the course or workshop, the paid fee will not be refunded.
A substitute participant can be asked.
Cancellation or transfer of courses
The Facilitator may at his discretion arrange or cancel courses, in which case reasonable efforts will be made to notify the participant thereof at short notice. For a cancellation or transfer on the part of the facilitator the participant will not be charged any fees and the already paid fee will be refunded 100%.
In the event of cancellation or transfer of a course, the facilitator assumes no liability for the travel and accommodation costs incurred by the participants.
